About Us
Montgomery County Shared Resources Collaborative
Shared Solutions for Strong Childcare
The Montgomery County Shared Resources Collaborative is a pioneering initiative dedicated to strengthening the business side of early childhood education (ECE) across our community. Launched in partnership with Montgomery County and local child care leaders, the Collaborative is designed to help providers thrive by reducing operational burdens, creating cost efficiencies, and building a supportive network of peers.
Through this collaborative approach, the Collaborative ensures that child care providers — whether family child care homes or center-based programs — have access to the tools, expertise, and community they need to run strong, sustainable businesses. By streamlining business operations, we help providers focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality care and early learning experiences for children.
